No job is too small! Houses need upkeep, like everything in life!
Every home has a list…a honey-do list, a punch-list…whatever you call it, there’s things that need to get done.
What’s on your list?
Perhaps you have a leaky faucet, a dishwasher that went kaput and you’re tired of handwashing things, or there’s a hole in the drywall from that time your kid decided playing ball inside was a good idea?
Whatever you need, JPM Renovations can help!
-
We change, times change, styles change. Updating your house can be a great way to help it feel like your home!
Maybe you have a brushed nickle faucet in a bathroom where everything is stainless…the faucet might not be broken, but it breaks your heart every time you look at it? I hear ya, and let’s fix that!
Common updates include appliances, light fixtures, dimmer switches, painting, and floors.
What would you like to update next?

This is where I really excel, and where a “one stop shop” becomes a reality!
I’m competent in most trades, and instead of having to sub out the demo, the carpentry, the plumbing, the electrician, the drywaller, the trim carpenter, and the painter, I’ve got you!
I’m a carpenter by trade, but have wired, plumbed, tiled, painted, and done most every aspect of construction - plus my time in architecture school taught me “best practices” for home building.
Maybe you want to add an in-law apartment in the attic, or bust down a wall or two to make room for family dance nights, or maybe you’re tired of that dingy bathroom and want a full overhaul!
Let’s bounce some ideas around convert your house into your home!
What Does Your Home Need?
Let’s talk shop! Schedule an appointment with me today, and I’ll take a look at what you’d like to accomplish!
Maybe you want to fix that squeaky door, or shore up those deck stairs, or renovate your bathroom, or maybe you want to build out a van and hit the road!
Or…maybe you’re a DIY guru who just wants some project guidance.
Whatever it is, let’s chat!
I prefer the contact form first over a phone call simply because it gives me the project address and other pertinent information - after that, we’ll chat!
